The Kopio app is a Freemium service offered by Naltis-Evolv. This policy details how we process your data with our partners in compliance with GDPR and store requirements (Apple App Store & Google Play Store).
Artificial Intelligence & OCR
Kopio uses Mistral AI technology for optical character recognition (OCR). When you submit an image for analysis, it is transmitted encrypted to Mistral AI servers. Your images are not permanently stored by Mistral AI and are not used for training third-party AI models.
Data Collected
We only collect data necessary for Kopio to function properly:
- Advertising identifiers: Advertising ID (AdMob) for displaying ads.
- User account: Email address managed via Supabase Authentication.
- Subscriptions: Purchase status (Monthly/Annual) via RevenueCat.
- Technical data: Device type and OS version (via Expo).

Transactions are exclusively managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Through RevenueCat, we simply verify the validity of your subscription to disable ads. We never have access to your banking information.
